Add to Chrome

Install Halo Tab from the Chrome Web Store listing when it is available for your account or region.

Step 2

Open a new tab

Chrome will hand your new tab page to Halo Tab so your workspace appears immediately.

Step 3

Make it yours

Pick normal or minimal mode, choose a wallpaper, add quick links, and keep notes or todos nearby.

Before you install

Permissions are tied to visible features.

Halo Tab uses Chrome permissions to power the workspace. Optional permissions such as bookmarks and history are requested only when those features are used.

Top sites and favicons

Used to display familiar shortcuts and icons in the new tab workspace.

Identity and sync

Used for account login and syncing settings, quick links, notes and todos when you choose to sign in.

Bookmarks and history

Optional access supports the drawer views. You can keep using the core workspace without enabling every optional feature.
